Getting started

What is Leapr?
Leapr is a personal growth app that helps you build social confidence and overcome the fear of judgment through small, science-backed daily challenges — tiny real-world reps that gradually make social situations feel easier.
How does Leapr work?
Each day Leapr gives you a personalized micro-challenge matched to your level — like making eye contact, starting a short conversation, or giving a compliment. Complete it, reflect with a quick CBT-based debrief, earn XP, and climb the exposure ladder over time.
Who is Leapr for?
Leapr is designed for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable around others — people who feel shy or socially anxious, overthink interactions, or simply want stronger social confidence and self-acceptance.
Can beginners use Leapr?
Yes. Challenges start with very small, low-pressure actions and grow more advanced only as you do. Onboarding calibrates your starting level so you never begin too hard.

Challenges & progress

Are the challenges mandatory?
No. Every challenge is optional. You are always free to skip, modify, take a break, or come back when you feel ready — growth happens at your own pace, with no penalty.
What if a challenge feels too difficult?
Only do challenges that feel safe and manageable for you. You can skip a challenge, swap it, or pause entirely. Personal growth is gradual, and there is no downside to moving slowly.
How long do challenges take?
Most take just a minute or two and can be done during your normal day. Leapr is built around tiny reps — under two minutes a day — rather than long sessions.

Safety & wellbeing

Is Leapr therapy?
No. Leapr is a self-improvement and educational app. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care, and it should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health support.
Does Leapr diagnose or treat mental health conditions?
No. Leapr does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. It is intended purely for personal development and skill-building.
Is Leapr safe for teenagers?
Leapr is designed to encourage positive personal growth through small, manageable challenges. Parents and guardians should review the app and decide whether it is appropriate for their child. Leapr is intended for users aged 13 and over.
What should I do if I am in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm?
Leapr is not a crisis intervention service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services in your area, contact a licensed mental health professional, reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or crisis hotline, and seek immediate professional support.

Privacy & data

Is my data private?
Yes. We take privacy seriously and use appropriate measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings or by contacting [email protected]. Deletion permanently removes your data in line with our Privacy Policy and is typically processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Subscriptions & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed where you bought them. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Leapr → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Leapr → Cancel.
Will deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel through your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Contact & technical

How do I contact Leapr support?
You can reach us any time at [email protected]. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.
What should I do if I hit a technical issue?
Try restarting the app, updating to the latest version, and restarting your device. If the problem continues, email [email protected] and we'll help you sort it out.

In crisis? Leapr is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or having thoughts of self-harm, contact your local emergency services, a licensed mental health professional, or a trusted crisis hotline right away.
